Pinet Dex is a decentralized exchange (DEX) built specifically for the Pi Network ecosystem. It allows Pi Network users to trade their PI tokens for USDT and other supported cryptocurrencies at competitive rates.

The platform is designed to be simple and intuitive — whether you're a first-time crypto user or an experienced trader, you can start swapping tokens within minutes.

Wallet Connection

To use Pinet Dex, you'll need to connect your Pi Network wallet using your 25-word access phrase. This phrase is generated when you first set up your Pi wallet and acts as your private key.

⚠️ Important: Never share your access phrase with anyone. Pinet Dex will never ask for your phrase outside of the secure connection modal.

Enter your 25-word access phrase in the secure input field
Click "Connect" — your wallet will load within seconds
You'll see your wallet address and balances in the header

How to Swap

Swapping tokens on Pinet Dex is straightforward:

The "To" amount is calculated automatically at the current rate

Common Issues

My wallet won't connect

Make sure you're entering your full 25-word access phrase exactly as it appears in your Pi wallet. Each word should be separated by a single space. The phrase is case-insensitive.

My swap is taking too long

Swaps typically process within 2-3 seconds. If you're experiencing delays, check your internet connection and try refreshing the page. Your funds are always safe.

My balance isn't updating

After a successful swap, your balance should update immediately. If it doesn't, click on your wallet address in the header to refresh the dropdown, or disconnect and reconnect your wallet.

How do I report a bug?

If you encounter a bug or unexpected behavior, please email our support team with a description of the issue, your wallet address (never your access phrase!), and screenshots if possible.

Pinet Dex is a decentralized exchange platform that enables users to swap Pi Network tokens (PI) for other supported cryptocurrencies. The Platform operates on a non-custodial basis, meaning users maintain full control of their funds at all times.

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Wallet Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wallet access phrase. Pinet Dex does not store your private keys or access phrases. We cannot recover lost or compromised wallets.

5. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk. Prices can be volatile and you may lose some or all of your investment. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and that Pinet Dex is not responsible for any trading losses.

6. Fees

Pinet Dex charges a network fee of 0.01 PI per transaction. Fee structures may change with notice to users. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform for any illegal activities including but not limited to: money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pinet Dex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pi Coin Dex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Privacy

Pinet Dex does not collect personal information beyond what is necessary for the operation of the Platform. Wallet addresses and transaction data are public on the blockchain by nature.
